RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
TROIS can only accept returns on the first 5 days.
To return your item, it must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and in the original packaging.
Once your package is received and inspected, we will contact you within a maximum of 2 working days.
We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your request. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or the original payment method. The customer should pay both shipments (initial and return).
Furthermore, our credit card and handling fees will be discounted from the returning payment.
